Had a mess on our hands. Reached out to Chris and he came out that day which I couldn’t believe because it was the day the storm was just finishing. Evaluated our situation and said they had it covered. Explained exactly what needed to be done and how they would do it. I expected a couple day wait, but they were out the next morning. Super professional and attacked our mess. Their tech Adrian did an amazing job and worked like mad man. Polite, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. Follow up throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them!!!

I looked on google about a week and a half ago. I did my research because the flood in my home was serious. I didn’t want to hire someone who didn’t know how to handle an enormous flood like the one I experienced in my home. I called the All American Water Restoration and they came out really quick I mean fast, and after a couple of days they had everything back to normal conditions. I am happy with the service And absolutely best customer service since I called. Ryan was very responsive, did quality work and was helpful answering all of my questions. I highly recommend their services.

Ryan came to do an estimate for repairs to our kitchen/living room after a dishwasher leak. So far we’re very pleased; Don who answers the phone is very responsive. They had an appointment available same day & next day. Ryan communicated when he was on his way & came within the promised time. He was respectful & answered many questions, taking time to listen to us & explain the process. He followed up right away with a link where we can see the updates to our file. This is the 3rd company we’ve contacted, and so far this team is well superior in terms of communication & respect. I’ll update once we get the quote & restoration done.

I am so grateful for this amazing company. We had a big storm that rolled through Winter Park last night. I had a substantial leak in my roof. All American came out and assessed the water damage the next morning. They were able to quickly set up machines to dry out my leaking ceiling in my bathroom. Our technician Mikey was very personable and professional. He got the job done beautifully and efficiently. I would definitely recommend using them next time for any type of water damage issues. A+

Absolutely fantastic staff and company. For a family that chose not to go through insurance for water damage repair they gave great rates. Every member of the staff extremely professional and caring. They frequently checked in to see how the project was going. A lot of communication and on time for every appointment. Would absolutely recommend for anyone with water damage to their home.
